Warranty
The purchase invoice is the warranty proof for all your purchases from Mr. Zoom Store.
Terms & Conditions:
- All products are covered by a two-year warranty through the product’s authorized agent.
- This includes mobile phones, home appliances, electrical devices, and large appliances that have an authorized agent within the Kingdom.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by customer negligence, including misuse or improper storage that does not comply with the manufacturer’s recommendations (such as exposure to sunlight or high temperatures).
- Natural disasters.
- Damage resulting from the use of incompatible or low-quality accessories.
- Damage caused by drops or violent shocks.
- Exposure to dust, dirt, water, liquids, or excessive humidity.
- Products that have been intentionally opened by the customer or repaired by unauthorized service centers.
- Damage to cables due to cutting.
Not Covered by Warranty:
- Screen protectors, protective films, cases, and covers after use.
